ONTARIO BUSINESS AWARD
Toronto – Enervac Corporation has been named one of 12 provincial winners of The Ontario Business Achievement Awards (OBAA) and the Ontario Global Traders Awards (OGTA) by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce. “Ontario is a world leader in innovation and technology and it is essential that we recognize the companies that have brought the province to the world stage,”says Len Crispino, President and CEO of the OCC. “But not only are they creating much-needed jobs in communities throughout the province, they’re also providing solutions to global problems. Enervac’s unique recovery system for transformer oil provides an opportunity to dramatically reduce our impact on the environment while confirming that green initiatives also make good business sense.” Enervac Corporation will receive the Gold prize in the OGTA HSBC Award for Innovation – Exports cateogry. “The Ontario Chamber of Commerce - 2009 Gold Medal – OGTA HSBC Award for Innovation is an extremely proud accomplishment for the team at Enervac Corporation,” says President Anthony Guglielmi. “For over 31 years, Enervac Corporation has expanded its global presence from our headquarters in Cambridge, Ontario and become the world leader in mineral oil purification.
